Hello and Happy Friday Eve! It's been crazy weather all week with afternoon monsoon performances around me. Thunder, lightning, rain, even when the sun's out, and some beautiful sunsets. Then then next morning it's clear and dry and starts anew.

Hope you've all had  a great week. I had a moment Tuesday when I realized Christmas is in FIVE  MONTHS!

Let's\ take a look at some of the great ideas from last week's party!

I love my reusable shopping bags and  every time I look, there are more fun and pretty ones. Penny's Vintage Home has a great way to use them as Shopping Bag Wall Art

Steph Creates shared these lovely DIY Terra Cotta Pot Decorations that easily go with any decor.

Harry Potter was a huge part of our son's childhood and if you're familiar with the "Potterverse"you know that July is Harry's Birthday month and bloggers love to celebrate. These Printable Coloring Pages from Creatively Beth are perfect!

Finally, this Chocolate Chip Fudge Muffin Cake from Cindy's Online Recipe Box just speaks for itself! There's a sugar free version too!

Happy Friday Eve all! Hope you've all had a good week and those of you who either as teachers or parents went back to school this week, I hope it was peaceful. We had a fun getaway for our 31st Honeymoon last week. We drove up to Las Vegas for the week and loved checking everything out. It seems like every Food Network or other celebrity chef has a restaurant or several! Gordon Ramsay, Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri, Buddy Valastro (Cake Boss) Lisa Vanderpump, and Martha Stewart's "The Bedford". We stayed at Resorts World which has three hotels in one and enjoyed their "Street Eats" choices as well as a fun place called "Sun's Out Buns Out" with great breakfast sandwiches and the Carver Steakhouse where we celebrated our Anniversary dinner which they made special. It also housed a 24 hr Starbucks which was great for me with morning and late afternoon iced mochas. We didn't do any shows this time mostly because we're such early birds and are in for the night well before they  start. It was good for me to get away since I suffer from some crippling anxiety and depression at times and the timing was perfect. Sometimes that helps me create. Other times it just paralyzes me so being distracted helped.

Fall is here (I don't care what the calendar or thermometer says). I guess I should say "Fall Craft Time" is here. I'm going to start on a Halloween tree skirt for the black "Christmas" tree I got for 50% off from Wayfair. Found some great fabric 50% off at JoAnn's!

Let's see some of the ideas from last week's party.

This is brilliant and perfect for any space. A DIY in this case Journaling Station but could be used for SO many thing including just as extra storage! From Thriving With Less.

I love what Penny's Vintage Home did with this Antique Wooden Dough Bowl! We have one from my husband's family's old farmhouse and last year I filled it with greens and baubles for the holidays but I love it with these Fall blooms!

Being a lover of neutrals, this Neutral Baby Shower from Saved From Salvage caught my eye. It is so elegant and fun and you really have to see all that she did!

Lastly, I hadn't thought about using my InstaPot to make Bread Pudding but this Gooey Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding from Scratch Made Food may change that!

Thanks to everyone who linked up and can't wait to see what everyone's been up to this week!

Happy Friday Eve lovelies! Although I hate that tomorrow is April 1 because I absolutely despise April Fool's Day. In part because some people are so good at it, I have fallen for some things in recent years. But in general, life plays enough tricks on us as it is and I for one don't think it needs any help!

It's also a reminder from my former corporate days that it's the end of the first quarter of the year already! Definitely do not miss the chaos that quarter ends used to bring on. But yikes, where did it go? Easter and Passover converge this year and are in a couple of weeks. Lots of fun ideas shared at last week's party so let's take a look at a few!

The creative genius of Lisa from Fresh Vintage by Lisa S strikes again with a project showing how to make a Vintage Tennis Racket Flower Press! What a great way to save beautiful Spring flowers.

Speaking of creative genius, you'll never guess what this very cool Spring Carrot started out as. Hint: you know those pictures where you have to try and see more than one image? Similar idea from The Apple Street Cottage

Penny, from Penny's Vintage Home shared this fun corner Spring Vignette (and has the printable banner available to download for free). Check out the potato masher being used to hold a card (and which will now have me on the lookout for old potato mashers at thrift stores).

Finally, although these Chocolate Bunnies from Artsy Fartsy Mama look good enough to eat, DON'T! They're FAUX and won't melt and can be used year after year. So cute!

Thank you to everyone who linked up and can't wait to see what you've been up to this week!

Happy Friday Eve all! Welcome back to another party filled with wonderful ideas shared by all of you! Hope you've had a great week and those of you in cold temps are staying warm. We did the math the other day and it was 81 degrees warmer for us than it was for our son in Chicago! YIKES!!!

Did a couple of fun Valentine's projects this week. Clay Pot Bottle Toppers and a Five Minute Wreath! And what a difference a year makes. After a 2021 filled with too many doctor's appointments, went for a hike up the mountain behind our house this week!

Let's take a look at some of the fun things you all shared at last week's party!

Penny's Vintage Home shared another of her wonderful vignettes. So pretty and festive and perfect for Valentine's Day!

Artsy VaVa shared a gorgeous Heart Art DIY that speaks to my vintagey shabby chic heart!

Speaking of Vintage, you need to see the before for this after transformation shared by The House on Silverado. On my list for 2022? Dixie Belle Paint which was used here.

Finally, Faerie Gardens are everywhere and Sum of Their Stories has a wonderful way to use corks to add to one!

Thanks to everyone who linked up and can't wait to see what you share this week!

Happy Friday Eve all! This week's been a blur since I had a couple of procedures this week and glad they're OVER! Hoping that's it for me and Mayo clinic this year. We're in the final countdown to Halloween and then it always seems like the rest of the year goes by in a flash. Let's take a look at some of the great Halloween themed ideas from last week's party.

I'm envious of this fabulous find and transformation shared by Penny's Vintage Home. If you're ever lucky enough to find an "old rusty 5 gallon gas can" look at the gorgeousness you can create with it like this Jack O'Lantern transformation! So cute! I also love the vintage Halloween dolls. Did I mention there's a festive fall cocktail recipe in the same post?

While not Halloween per se, I could not get over these incredible Crocheted Lampshades from Howling Liz. Crocheted! Aren't they amazing?! I could not believe they were crocheted. Still can't!

If you need a costume idea for yourself or a little one, it doesn't get any easier than this no sew Woodland Deer Felt Mask from Creatively Beth. Adorable!

Finally, if you are a Candy Corn lover then you want to check out this post from The Kitchen Is My Playground because Tracey has the details on how to make your own! No need to wait for it to be in season anymore, and since it's made in your own kitchen, you can make it any color combo you want for any season!

Once again, thanks to all who linked up and can't wait to see what you've all been up to this week!

Happy Friday and October Eve! You know what that means. It's full speed ahead to Halloween! I finally spent some real time in my craft room to kick off my 2021 Halloween decorating which you can see here. Crackled and Jeweled Floral Sugar Skull on Wood

Lots of fun ideas from last week's party so let's take a look at a few!

Brilliant idea from Penny at Penny's Vintage Home. Transform an artificial Christmas Limb into a spectacular Fall Tree!

Who wouldn't want to sit at this "Bootiful" Halloween table? Gorgeous tablescape from Whispers of the Heart!

Check out this creative Upcycled Percolator Pumpkin transformation from Love My Cottage. I suspect some parents or grandparents may have one of these percolators stashed in a garage. I can easily see a Scarecrow or Tin Man made from one!

Finally, this Poison Apple display is such a perfect Halloween and Snow White inspired idea from Studio 27 by Jennifer Adams

Happy Spring, officially! It's kind of hard to tell here in the desert but I guess it's when it's still below 100! I used to tease my Mom and friends who lived here before us about being cold in temperatures that other parts of the country would consider far from it. Now I'm on the receiving end when I tell our son that "it's cold" as he lives in Chicago and reminds us what cold really is.  Karma!

Easter is early this year and I haven't really done any decorating or new Easter projects. I did a little roundup of different ways to use plastic eggs here.

But, I did grab this free cut file from Creative Fabrica today that I'm going to play with! If you don't know , they have daily freebies but they are only free for one day. Fonts, graphics, SVGs. It's a great way to build a library. They also have a weekly freebie and periodically offer free bundles. I'm not an affiliate so this is just me sharing.

OK! Let's take a look at some of the wonderful projects shared at last week's party.

MaryJo from Masterpieces of My Life shared her gorgeous Easter Tablescape, the centerpiece of which are beautiful Mercury Glass eggs! I love the moss bunnies and accents.

Penny, from Penny's Vintage shared her festive Spring Kitchen so you have to check out the whole thing but I especially love these fabric carrots! This gives me some ideas how to use up lots of scraps I have from mask making!

Lisa from Fresh Vintage by Lisa S shared a treasure trove of German Paper Mache Easter Eggs she found while thrifting. What wonderful vintage keepsakes!

Finally ( and we're all adults here right) I give you these "Better Than Sex" cupcakes shared by the Lou Lou Girls! I think they speak for themselves!

Alright! Let's see what everyone's been up to this week! Happy Passover to those celebrating!
