BFF Open House Link Party

Happy May and happy Friday Eve all ! I think (THOUGHT)  we may finally be getting a taste of Spring ( we're only 1.5 mos behind the official calendar right?) here in the PNW but now it's thundering and storming out. Hope everyone's had a good week and let's see some of the ideas shared at last week's party!

I am seeing a lot of fun made-over globes everywhere.  JoAnn's even has some you can buy new to decorate. Check out this beautiful shabby chic vintagey globe that Penny's Treasures shared. I love those "DREAM" blocks too!

Fun decor isn't only for the inside. How lucky are the birds who get to visit this lovely bird feeder shared by Lolly Jane? SO lucky!

You've got to check out the "before" pics of these gorgeous bedside tables that were made over by Grandma's House DIY

This week's chocolate feature is a Chocolate Cake literally made out of Chocolate Bars! I love this idea from A Crafty Homemaker.

Now, on to this week's party!

BFF Open House Link Party

Happy Friday Eve everyone! Hope you've been having a wonderful week. Let's take a look at some fun ideas shared at last week's party.

With Easter coming in a few weeks, bunnies are popping up everywhere. Love this 3D Bunny Head shared by Lolly Jane

I think the Bunny Head and these Fabric Eggs from Penny's Vintage  go perfectly together don't you ?

How about a Bunny Banner ( say that three times fast!) . Jenny Louise Marie has a cute one ( and a cute chalkboard too!).

This  week's chocolate feature is a Bailey's Chocolate Coffee Cream Pie from Marilyn's Treats. YUM!

Now on to this week's party!

BFF Open House #226 Happy October!

The Answer Is Chocolate

Friends,

I debated about going ahead and posting this week's party in light of today's awful events in Oregon. My thoughts are with the families going through the unspeakable.

Since I'd already let those being featured know they were, I'm going to go ahead and post the party but I understand if this week's traffic is light.

Peace. Love. Chocolate.

Here are some features from last week's party!

Let's start with this layered frame chalkboard Scarecrow project from Much More Creative. Brenda shows how she layered and vintaged up the concentric frames. This would make a fun menu board too wouldn't it?

While Fall is full of rich vibrant colors, and I love them, I also love the muted colors found in nature this time of year. Penny from Penny's Vintage Home has some absolutely gorgeous ideas!

Mason Jars are still so popular and Engineer Mommy has a great idea to incorporate them into Fall and Halloween decorating with this Mason Jar Jack O'Lantern.

To finish things off how about some Snickers Cannoli from Woods of Bell Trees? Yes please!

Now on to this week's party.
