BFF Open House

Happy almost Spring officially! I hope those of you who changed your clocks last weekend have made the adjustment. For me, I'm still getting used to the fact that Arizona doesn't but it still throws me off because now we're the same time as Pacific and 2 vs 1 hour behind Central and back to 3 hours behind Eastern. I'll be confused again in the Fall. Suffice it to say, I stay confused!

I was up to some jewelry projects this week, making some Coffee themed earrings and a bracelet inspired from the adorable GROGU character from Disney's "The Mandalorian".

Let's take a look at some Spring ideas from last week's party!

Kathleen from Our Hopeful Home created these stunning Chinoiserie Eggs. They are just absolutely perfect!

Equally beautiful is this Easter vignette from Niky at The House on Silverado. You have to see her tutorial for making the seed packets!

Amy, from Heritage Home Ec shared this beautiful Farmhouse "Wagon Wheel" clock made from...Embroidery Hoops!

Finally, Faerie Projects are so popular and you can do so many creative things with gardens or projects under glass cloches etc. I am enchanted by this magical door from Condo Blues. A world of imagination awaits behind that door!

Thank you to everyone who linked up and let's see what everyone's been up to this week !

BFF Open House

Happy Friday Eve all and Happy Mother's Day Weekend to all of you Moms! We will see "The Mumster" from a distance and then have a proper celebration a bit later.

Let's see some ideas from last week's party!

Abbotts At Home shared this gorgeous No Sew Upholstered Bench Top. Love the fabric she chose! I've about worn out my sewing skills making masks so "no sew" is fabulous!

With our continued increased hand washing, why not make the soap dispensers pretty? Chas from Chas's Crazy Creations shared an inexpensive and easy way to upcycle and do just that! Add a pump to a recyled jar and some paint to a dollar store find et voila!!

Jennifer from Satsuma Designs has a wonderful collection of ways to say Thank You to Teachers in this time of social distancing. I know some of you are playing that role right now or always so thank yourselves too! I especially love the collections of puns she included.

Finally, this Chocolate Angel Food Cake from Heritage Home Ec is calling my name!! Plus it's a problem solver if you are trying to reach a compromise between Angel Food Cake lovers and Chocoholics!

Now let's see what everyone's been up to this week !
