I found this great ribbon at Michaels for 40% off plus they had an additional 15% off your entire purchase coupon on Sunday. Yeah!
I also found these dimensional stickers from KandCo’s Americana Collection.
Cut the ribbon and notched the ends. Adhered to the red circle and then layered the other cutouts according to size. After I took the pic I added a 2.5” circle punched red layer. Mounted a sticker in the center:
I used red tulle ( too bright for me but I bought it for some reason and never used it) and some clothespins I’d made for one of my son’s grad banners to hang it:
I probably would have used a cream tulle to make it more muted but….Linking Up At:

I love the more vintagey decorations for the 4th too! LOVE this banner!
Happy week my friend!

Ack! Carol, this is SO cute! I love the look you came up with and layering the medallions was a brilliant move. LOVE it!
I really like it! I prefer the "vintage-y" look for the fourth too (although I haven't done a blessed thing for it yet!) I dig the layered look as well...
I love it! I want a Silhouette SO badly! I still need to take my Spring decorations down and replace with my Patriotic goodies.
Blessings,
Lorilee
What a beautiful patriotic banner! I love the way you layered the medallion, and that fantastic flag ribbon!
This is such a wonderful banner. I love how you layered the different shapes to create the medallion. Great job here!
Love this, Carol! Very festive and perfect for the 4th!
Terrific banner, love this. xx
Looks so good! And ya gotta use red sometimes, this is the perfect time.
This is awesome! Love that vintage feel to it!
I'm going to try something like what you kindly showed how to make (for Labor Day, Veterans Day, Flag Day, etc) thanks
Love this, Carol! I like decorations with a vintage feel for the 4th, too. Love the clothes pins :)
