Testing…Windows Live Writer

So I was reading my blog reader earlier today and saw that Haley at The Autocrat had tried out Windows Live Writer and decided to play with it myself. It is another way to write your blog posts and the coolest thing to me is that it uses any of the fonts already installed on your computer so you don’t have to add additional fonts to Blogger.

I haven’t even begun to explore all the how to’s but embedding pictures  and videos is supposed to be easy and I love the more enhanced editing so far.

Hmmm…for some reason Haley’s post about this is not there anymore but she learned about it from Jamielyn at I Heart Naptime With Chocolate Sundaes ( of course you KNOW I follow that blog) and you can read more about it here: I Heart Naptime With Chocolate Sundaes.

  3. I used to have WLW but since switching to a Mac I can't use it. :( I really liked using it, it's much better than using Blogger's tool.

    Have fun with it!

  12. I checked it out and it sounds great! The only problem is the requirement for Windows 7 and 1GB of memory, neither of which I have on my 5 1/2 year old laptop. At least my new one will be here soon :) MAJOR upgrade.

  13. Thanks for the shout out ... sometimes I go back and delete the "random" "non crafting" posts after a day or two. {{Wasn't sure if anyone even read that post! LOL}}
